node-github-url-from-git software package provides Convert github git or gist url to an http url - Node.js module, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install node-github-url-from-git
node-github-url-from-git is installed in your system.
Make ensure the node-github-url-from-git package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep node-github-url-from-git *
You will get with node-github-url-from-git package name, version, architecture and description in a table
